Adjust font size:

China and the United States will hold their first strategic economic dialogue from December 14 to 15 in Beijing, announced by Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Jiang Yu Thursday.

Vice Premier Wu Yi and US Secretary of Treasury Henry Paulson, both special envoys of the two heads of states, will co-chair the dialogue, Jiang told a regular press conference.

The dialogue was announced in September during a trip to Beijing by Paulson, aiming at facilitating bilateral economic links.
