China Life intends to subscribe ABC's IPO – Securities Times

China Life intends to subscribe to Agricultural Bank of China's IPO, said Chairman Yang Chao on Thursday.

Yang said China Life has signed strategic corporation agreements with ABC and China Development Bank. ABC also has the willingness to attract investment from China Life, but the details of the investment have not yet been decided yet, he added.

BoCom's Peng to become Huijin general manager – Shanghai Securities News

Peng Chun, vice president of Bank of Communications Co., will take over Xie Ping as general manager for Central Huijin Investment, a subsidiary of China Investment Corporation, said an insider on Thursday.

But Xie will still remain as CIC's vice general manager, according to the insider, who asked not to be named. Peng and Xie have completed the work handover, and the public notice is expected to be announced in two days.
