Premier luxury car producer Jaguar said its investment in customer services in China will triple this year from 2009 to better sustain the company's development in the world's largest car market.

Its expansion plan includes establishment of a training center in Beijing and Guangzhou by the end of next year to improve employees' sales, service and technical skills.

A parts distribution center will also be opened in southern China next year, the company said without giving details.

Sales of Jaguar in the second quarter hit a record 924 cars on the Chinese mainland, 129 percent higher from a year earlier.

Chongqing and Chengdu are emerging as new power of consumption along with Shanghai, Beijing and Guangzhou, according to the company.
