China Vanke Co yesterday said its sales in 2010 topped 108.2 billion yuan (US$16.4 billion) spread over a total floor area of 8.98 million square meters, the firm said in a filing to the Shenzhen Stock Exchange yesterday.

In December, the company's sales rose 51.3 percent to 8.35 billion yuan while floor area sold gained 69.8 percent to 689,000 square meters.
