Japanese automaker Honda announced Monday that it would recall 200,000 vehicles around the world due to a problem with engine parts.

Honda admitted it received 63 complaints from owners of three models – the Stream, Civic and Crossroad – which were produced in Japan between July 2008 and July 2010. But the company said no accidents had occurred because of the potential risk.
The automaker said it would replace the part, which could potentially lead to a malfunction in the engine's cooling system and even cause a shutdown of the engine.
Honda will recall about 50,000 units in Japan, 100,000 units in South America, 6,800 units in Europe and the rest in the Middle East and Africa.
