China's stocks end lower at midday Tuesday

China's stocks closed lower at midday Tuesday with the benchmark Shanghai Composite Index down 1.33 percent to finish the morning session at 2,261.15.

The Shenzhen Component Index lost 1.27 percent to end at 9,256.74 at midday.
