Inside the center, over 80 staff assist foreign and domestic workers involved in international trade in processing administrative permits, employment licenses, visas, and other necessities. There is also a department which offers services to foreign investors, as well as a “life services” area which assists foreign residents with housing, health care and other domestic needs.
