Importers should pay, starting from January 28, 2013, anti-dumping duties in accordance with the anti-dumping duty rate specified in the announcement.

Based on the petition of China's domestic industry, MOFCOM started antidumping investigation on the said imports on November 18, 2011, and made its initial decision on July 27, 2012 to take provisional anti-dumping measures on the said imports.
