Two city officials are to be appointed as deputy directors of the management committee of the city's pilot free trade zone, according to a statement on the city government website.
Zhu Min, 45, is currently head of the Department of Foreign Investment Administration of the Shanghai Commerce Commission. Wang Jing, 43, is head of the Industrial Development Department of the Shanghai Development and Reform Commission.
Both have experience in governance of the service sector, according to Oriental Morning Post.
They will bring the number of FTZ deputy directors to seven.
Their starting date was not disclosed.
