Abstract

In order to build Xinjiang into an international commercial logistics center, we need to release Xinjiang's geological advantages, and carry out such measures as setting up a logistics system that spans Europe and Asia, establishing a port that attracts the neighboring region, improving the trade structure with the Silk Road countries, enhancing the function of the various international cooperation platforms, accelerating the implementation of the “going global" strategy and deepening cooperation with neighboring regions and sub-regions.
