Trudy Dai Shan, who once oversaw the sales, marketing and human resources department of Alibaba, is now its Chief Customer Officer (CCO). She confessed that she is different from the powerful Peng Lei and doesn't have as much career ambition. "I don't think too much," she once said in an interview. "I just want to do things happily."
