Tecno is a Chinese smartphone maker that does not sell phones in China, but only in Africa.

With its smartphones going from as low as $30, the phone-maker has become a household name in Kenya.

Zhang Feng, the Tecno marketing manager in Nairobi, said recently the company produces devices in different price range to attract all Kenyans.
