Two alliances hand in hand
To further promote the economic and trade cooperation between Chinese and foreign parties, provide support for the construction of the "Belt and Road" and provide services for Chinese enterprises to "go global," the CEGIA and the ECCAC signed the Strategic Partnership Memorandum of Understanding during the activity. Both sides will launch in-depth cooperation to promote communication between Chinese enterprises and the governments and related organizations of the countries concerned in trade and investment and will hold various events to integrate resources and share information so as to provide better services for the members of both sides.

Under the direction of the State Council Information Office and the State-Owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, China Report has integrated its resources and various advantages for external publicity and held three sessions of Chinese Enterprise Global Image Summit. The fourth session of such summit will be held in October this year. I am very glad to see that the Strategic Partnership Memorandum of Understanding was signed today. I believe that the two alliances will provide better services for their members in the future and accomplish more win-win cooperation. I hope that the cooperation with ECCAC will be further enhanced to benefit more members of the alliances.

China and Africa have been keeping a good relationship and many Chinese enterprises have brought their projects and investment to Africa. China and Africa are economically complementary to each other. Therefore, there will be great potential for both sides' cooperation in infrastructure, agriculture, information-based development of machinery and other fields. The CEGIA was established to improve the overall image of Chinese enterprises. Its main missions are to disseminate culture and promote communication and exchange. The Strategic Partnership Memorandum of Understanding signed between the two alliances today represents a sublimation of the salon activity. It will greatly benefit the business, trade and cultural communication between the Chinese and foreign parties and further expand the services of the alliances to enable them to provide more services through more channels.

I have acquired a lot of experience and feelings through the salon activity held by ECCAC. I know that the themes of the events are becoming more and more specific, representative and constructive. We have learnt a lot of information very important to us. With more and more Chinese enterprises going global, the difficulties and challenges are increasing. Therefore, organizations such as the alliances are needed to develop similar events, create a good environment for the enterprises to "go global" and provide more information and suggestions for them.
