Monaco has the highest percentage of millionaires with almost one in three inhabitants classified as a millionaire, up 6 percent compared from two years ago, according to a survey released by leading wealth consultancy company Wealth Insight and Spear's magazine WMS.
Swiss cities Zurich and Geneva followed in second and third place, with one in four and one in five inhabitants being millionaires.
The survey defines millionaires as people with net assets of US$1 million or more, excluding the value of their primary residences.
