A delegation headed by Fredrick Chien, top advisor of Taiwan-based Cross-Straits Common Market Foundation had registered for the Boao Forum for Asia (BFA) 2010, said Yang Yi, the spokesperson of Taiwan Affairs Office of the State Council in a regular press conference in Beijing on March 31.

Yang said, the foundation, as a diamond member of the Boao forum, attended the forum annually.

The foundation would participate in the opening ceremony and round table meetings for entrepreneurs from across the strait to discuss business opportunities resulting from the Economic Cooperation Framework Agreement (ECFA), said Yang.

The forum is scheduled to be hosted from April 9 to April 11 this year in the city of Boao, south China's Hainan province.
