Indonesia is one of the major areas where CFLD has focused on developing its overseas business. At present, the Tangerang and Karawang industrial parks are two projects that CFLD is constructing in Indonesia. The Tangerang Industrial Park is located to the west of Jakarta and next to the Jakarta-Merak Highway. An expressway will be built to connect the industrial park and Jakarta's international airport. Additionally, a subway station will also be opened in the park, connecting to downtown Jakarta. The preliminary planning of the Tangerang Industrial Park project has been completed and the infrastructure construction and introduction of industries is currently underway.

Karawang Industrial Park was built in east Jakarta, at the core of the Jakarta-Bandung economic corridor, about 2.5 kilometers from the second stop of the high-speed railway from Jakarta to Bandung. The first phase of park planning included the industrial park, industrial port, logistics port and one-stop industry service center, as well as a water supply plant, sewage treatment plant, power distribution station and other facilities such as roads and landscaping. In December 2017, the construction of Karawang Industrial Park began, starting with infrastructure building and promotion of investment. Three enterprises so far have signed development contracts for Karawang, and many well-known enterprises have expressed willingness to invest and develop their business at the park.

Indonesia is the largest economy of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) and serves as an important node on the Maritime Silk Road. As the investment environment continually improves, the project to build a high-speed railway from Jakarta to Bandung has been signed and Indonesia is becoming an investment destination for more and more Chinese companies.

The Indonesian government supports CFLD's development in Indonesia. On Sept. 3, 2016, the Indonesia Investment Forum was held in Shanghai. It was jointly held by CFLD, theIndonesian Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM), the Indonesian Embassy in China and the China-Indonesia Chamber of Commerce. Indonesian President Joko and seven cabinet ministers attended the forum. Moreover, BKPM held up CFLD's project as a model for foreign investment, and Chairman of the BKPM Thomas Lembong said that "the industrial parks CFLD has built in Indonesia set up a platform for global industrial cooperation and injected new vitality into Indonesia's regional and industrial development."

Using Tangerang Industrial Park and Karawang Industrial Park as representatives, CFLD is deeply invested in developing its business in Indonesia. More than 90 percent of CFLD's employees are Indonesian local residents. Furthermore, CFLD has built strong relationships and gained trust and support from its partners and local governments. BKPM has also set up service halls at Tangerang and Karawang industrial parks to provide one-stop service to enterprises.
