Mr. Wang Jiarui, Vice Chairman of the 12th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and Minister of International Department of CPC Central Committee, will honor the opening ceremony and address the conference.

More than 50 scholars, experts and prominent political figures from over 30 countries will participate in the conference and panel discussions. The agenda of the Dialogue and name list of special participants are available in the Appendices.
