Minister Song Tao of the International Department of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC) meets a delegation headed by Sar Kheng, Vice Chairman of Cambodian People's Party and Deputy Prime Minister of Cambodia, on the sidelines of 'The CPC Dialogue with the World 2016,' held in Chongqing from Oct. 13-15.
