Title: New Opportunities for Exchanges on Publishing While Building the Belt and Road

Abstract:

China Publishing Group Corp. has been engaged in the Belt and Road construction and promoted cultural exchanges for better connecting with the people along the Belt and Road. Three opportunities have emerged during the mutual learning among the peoples along the Belt and Road under new circumstances. The first one is the construction of the Belt and Road and cultural exchanges, which represents a new opportunity for the mutual-learning and prosperity of civilizations. The Belt and Road covers the Chinese, Arabic, Russian and English cultural circles, and creates new room for mutual learning. The second on is the pragmatic cooperation on the publishing industry among the countries along the Belt and Road, which represents a new opportunity for the internationalization of cultural enterprises. With the spirit of the Belt and Road—cooperation and mutual benefit—laying the foundation for international cooperation and practical development, making full use of resources and advantages is the prerequisite for practical cooperation. The third one is the innovation of cooperation on the publishing industry, which represents a new opportunity for the countries along the Belt and Road to develop the publishing industry. In line with situations of the countries along the Belt and Road, we propose that we innovate cooperation on the publishing industry, work together to improve the environment of the publishing industry and advance the internationalization of the publishing industry.
