The Beijing Organizing Committee for the 2022 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games is recruiting a total of 20 university graduates of 2018 to fill 16 staff positions. Recruiting began on Dec. 18. 

The committee is considering graduates with degrees in information technology, journalism and communications, foreign languages, finance, law and logistics. 

The application and qualification vetting period will last from Dec. 18 to 28. Applicants should apply on the recruitment page of the committee's website at recruit.beijing2022.cn.

Candidates will be required to take a written examination in early January 2018. The committee expects to interview about 120 candidates in late January, following the exam. The selection criteria for candidates to enter the interview process will be the result of the written examination (candidates of same grade will all enter the interview). The interview process will judge the candidates on their fit, mental state and language abilities. The results of written examination and interview will each account for 50 percent of the comprehensive result. The recruitment results will be released in February 2018, and the committee will sign contract with qualified candidates.

The committee will organize recruitments for the candidates in the talent pool every year according to the process stipulated by the Beijing Organizing Committee for the 2022 Winter Games Recruitment Management Method.
