The district government of Tongzhou recently issued a notice to adjust part of its administrative division. According to the notice, the administrative office for Beijing's sub-center has been relocated to the Luyuan Neighborhood.

The sub-center administrative office was previously under the jurisdiction of the Lucheng Town government. As is announced in the notice, the newly established Luyuan Neighborhood will include the northwestern area of Lucheng Town, extending east to Songliang Road, west to East 6th Ring Road, south to North Canal, and north to the Yunchaojian River. The old government building of Lucheng Town will now be used by the Luyuan Neighborhood office.

Meanwhile, with the establishment of the new Luyuan Neighborhood office, the divisions of Lucheng Town will be reduced to include the remainder of the old town area, with its government office relocated to No. 6 South Wuxing Road.
