"In the past, when the masses run into difficulties, they may not know which government department can resolve their problems. Now, they can inform us of their difficulties by 'placing an order' via our WeChat official account," said Chen Dan, deputy director of the publicity department of Horqin Right Wing Middle Banner.

The center is a place for coordinating a broad range of public activities and solve people's day to day difficulties.

Zhao Dongru, a staff member of the center, said, "On July 17, 10,573 people performed an embroidery stunt in the Banner, setting a record in China. At that time, large groups of volunteers were needed to provide service for the event , so the embroidery association 'placed an order' through the WeChat account and found the volunteers."

So far, 8,890 people from government organizations and various enterprises have volunteered to provide service for the center.
