The Beijing Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau announced the launch of an online platform this month to help graduates find jobs and start their own businesses. In addition, the bureau will also provide a new QR code service targeting graduates. With the platform and QR code, graduates can now handle both employment and entrepreneurship-related procedures without having to visit the relevant government agencies.

The online platform offers convenient services in 10 categories, including job seeking, real-name registration, recruitment, file services, and career advice. Graduates are now able to handle a total of 30 service items online via a single webpage.

Graduates can obtain a personal "Jingyouma" QR code through the official website of the Beijing Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, or via the bureau's official app. With the code, they can enjoy a wide range of services including searching for jobs, applying for internships, making inquiries, and requesting policy advice.

When participating in recruitment activities, companies can access information about candidates such as their resumes and certifications by scanning the graduates' "Jingyouma" QR code. Companies can also register for their own code, which graduates can then scan to learn about current vacancies at the companies and their credit statues.
