China to accelerate legislation for opposing foreign sanctions, interference

China's top legislature will accelerate legislation relating to external affairs, upgrading the legal tool kit for meeting challenges and guarding against risks in order to oppose foreign sanctions, interference, and long-arm jurisdiction, according to a report.

The annual work report of the National People's Congress (NPC) Standing Committee was submitted Monday to the ongoing fourth session of the 13th NPC for deliberation.
