Popular restaurant opens in Dongmen of Luohu

The Shenzhen Super Wenheyou on April 2 opened in the Dongmen pedestrian street of Luohu.
Headquartered in Changsha, capital of Hunan province, the restaurant is known for its nostalgic environment from the middle of the last century.
It is believed the opening of the popular restaurant, which covers an area of 30,000 square meters and offers local snacks of more than 80 brands, will attract more visitors to the zone. On average, Dongmen attracts 300,000 visitors a day.
It is also a sign showing the district is accelerating the development of its commerce and night economy.
The Guangdong provincial government supports Shenzhen to become an international consumption center, and Luohu is committed to becoming a core zone.
Over the past five years, the added value of commerce in Luohu has increased from 38.57 billion yuan ($5.88 billion) to 45.18 billion yuan, and the district has vowed to increase it to 60 billion yuan by 2025.
