Ladies and gentlemen, friends from the media, good morning. Welcome to this press conference held by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC). The 19th CPC Central Committee convened its sixth plenary session in Beijing from Nov. 8 to 11. This was an important meeting as the Party celebrates its centenary this year and stands at a critical juncture where the timeframes of its two centenary goals converge. At the session, the Central Committee completed all agenda items, and considered and adopted the Resolution of the CPC Central Committee on the Major Achievements and Historical Experience of the Party over the Past Century.

Today, we have invited leading officials from relevant departments, who will introduce the guiding principles of the session, explain the resolution and answer your questions. Present at today's press conference are: Mr. Wang Xiaohui, deputy director in charge of routine work of the Publicity Department of the CPC Central Committee; Mr. Jiang Jinquan, director of the Policy Research Office of the CPC Central Committee; Mr. Han Wenxiu, deputy director in charge of routine work of the Office of the Commission for Financial and Economic Affairs of the CPC Central Committee; and Mr. Qu Qingshan, president of the Institute of Party History and Literature of the CPC Central Committee.

Next, let's give the floor to Mr. Wang Xiaohui.
