Luohu explores new land acquisition models in Caiwuwei renovation projects

In its latest serial videos on Luohu's development, Luohu New Media Center focused on the development of Caiwuwei.
The renovation of Caiwuwei will cover an area of 33 hectares and is key to the main economic corridor of Shennan East Road.
To resolve complicated issues related to land expropriation in Caiwuwei, Luohu has explored new solutions that deal with the integrated use of different kinds of land for residences, offices and commerce by government and social organizations.
The purpose of this project is to increase the land utilization rate so as to provide sufficient land for the construction of roads, schools, hospitals, and other public infrastructure facilities.
In the future, Luohu will take advantage of urban renovation projects in Caiwuwei and Hubei to cultivate new drivers for its high-quality development.
