Luohu has founded the country's first smart supervision platform for government contracts.

All 205 units funded by the government budget in the district have been included on the platform to checks their contracts and implementation.

All government contracts above 30,000 yuan ($4,377) in the district are subject to supervision, forming a whole-process, all-directional and closed-loop oversight system.

The platform uses the latest intelligent semantic analysis technology to detect 1,093 potential risks in contract compliance, serious and general risks, and missing clauses.

The platform can complete a review of a contract text in three seconds, extract a contract ledger in two seconds, and identify payment clauses in one second.

The timely discovery of the risks has tremendously improved the digital intelligence level of governance. In addition, the platform effectively improves the quality and efficiency of using monetary funds. So far, nearly 50,000 contracts have been regulated by the platform.
