The Luohu district government recently released a plan to improve the district's infrastructure over the next two years.

According to the plan, Luohu will construct 103 key infrastructure projects in eight major fields. They include the expansion and transformation of the Donghu Lake Water Works as well as the extension of metro Line 11 and Shennan East Road. Moreover, the district will upgrade ports, build greenways, and renovate infrastructure related to water, power, and gas.

The total investment in these projects is expected to hit 107 billion yuan ($15.59 billion). By carrying out the plan, Luohu hopes to make up for its shortfalls in infrastructure construction to promote high-quality development.
