Thanks to the integrated digital platform of the Beijing Municipal Administrative Center, people are able to handle as many as 26 matters with only one certificate in Beijing's sub-center.

Businesses and individuals can complete all procedures involving transportation, taxation, and other high-frequency matters via a single business license or an ID card. Government departments can directly retrieve other relevant materials from their "background."

These 26 government service items involve multiple departments, including the city's bureaus for market supervision, transportation, civil affairs, agriculture and rural affairs, and taxation. The integration of the approval process has further reduced the need for application materials and improved the efficiency of government services.

The service was made possible thanks to the Cloud Window system of the Beijing Municipal Administrative Center Government Service Center. Through integration with the capital's e-certificate library, seal library, and the application of big data and blockchain technology, the smart terminal of the Beijing Municipal Administrative Center Government Service Center is able to reduce the filling in of 174 types of frequently used personal information and 212 types of electronic license comparison verifications.

With a wide variety of material proofs on the "cloud," and with the help of big data, approval efficiency has been greatly improved, allowing enterprises and individuals to enjoy conveniences brought by information technology.
