Luohu introduced its talent policies to attract professionals and boost its innovation-driven development on the sidelines of the 24th China Hi-tech Fair at the district's Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area talent innovation park on Nov. 16.

Over recent years, Luohu has integrated valuable investment resources, improved industrial support policies, formed standardized investment promotion texts, and built the mechanism linking talent work and big investment projects.

The district has established a "talent + project" mechanism to promote the introduction of talent innovation teams and projects.

Luohu works with human resource service organizations and urban employment enterprises to attract talent and investment.

Xiao Jiarui, deputy mayor of Luohu, said that Luohu sincerely invites friends from all walks of life, such as human resource service enterprises at home and abroad, to become development partners.

Xiao stressed that Luohu is where talented people can unleash their innovative wisdom and entrepreneurial passion for sharing opportunities, building dreams together and achieving a win-win future.

Luohu has introduced two full-time academicians and founded three academicians (expert) workstations and 85 innovation carriers. The total number of talents in various fields in the district has reached 367,800, providing a solid intellectual guarantee for Luohu to realize its development target of building itself into an all-embracing hub of the Greater Bay Area and becoming a pioneer urban area in advancing socialist modernization with Chinese characteristics and sustainable development.

To ensure talent can work and live contently in Luohu, the district has formed a developed talent service system. It also coordinates the efforts of employers to provide comprehensive and customized services in housing, children's education and healthcare.
