Beijing will continue to improve nucleic acid testing by adding more stations in and around communities and villages and optimizing their layout, according to a city official.
Xu Hejian, a spokesperson for the Beijing municipal government, briefed on the city’s latest epidemic prevention and control measures at a press conference Wednesday.
Xu said the city will continue to improve the layout of testing stations to ensure access within a 15-minute walk. The stations will adust opening hours according to people’s needs, and round-the-clock ones are available in every district.
Those who come to Beijing should take the test every day in the first three days upon arrival, he added.
