Luohu's Shuibe, the country's largest gold and jewelry wholesale zone, starred in a recent report on gold consumption on China Central Television's business channel.
The annual operating revenue of Shuibei exceeds 100 billion yuan ($14 billion), accounting for about 50% of the domestic gold and jewelry wholesale market. The physical gold used in Shuibei accounts for about 70% of the physical delivery volume of the Shanghai Gold Exchange.
After more than 20 years of development, Shuibei has undoubtedly developed into China's largest gold and jewelry gathering area, boasting the highest development level and a complete industry chain.
