Luohu held an investment promotion conference on Nov 24.

Themed "New Luohu, Towards the Future," the event demonstrated that the district will utilize its commercial and consumption advantages to become a central activity zone in Shenzhen.

Thanks to its urban renovation projects, the district has released large areas of land for new investments and enterprises.

Many companies that previously relocated out of the district have chosen to come back to Luohu, and new businesses, including some of the world's top 500 corporations, have been attracted to Luohu by its supportive policies and business environment.  

In addition to attracting businesses and investment, Luohu is also a popular destination for talent. Statistics show that Luohu attracted the most citizens in 2020 among the 10 districts in Shenzhen, and Luohu is Shenzhen's second most densely populated district.
