Luohu has recently held investment promotion affairs in Bangkok, the capital of Thailand, and the Macao Special Administrative Region, to attract local enterprises and talents to the district.

Committed to building an international jewelry and jade trade platform, the district showcased its strengths in the gold and jewelry industry in Bangkok, outlining how it looks forward to strengthening whole industry-chain cooperation with partners from Thailand.

Earlier this month, Luohu reached a preliminary intention with Macao business association, planning to take advantage of the transformation and upgrading projects of Dongmen pedestrian street and Renmin South commercial zone to attract famous brands and specialty products from Macao and other Portuguese-speaking regions.

The district will also work closely with partners from Macao to tap into the complementary development of jewelry brands and cultivate jewelry talents.
