Four human resources industrial parks in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region reached a strategic cooperation agreement on Monday. According to the agreement, the parks will promote policy alignment, facilitate the flow of human resources, and develop a joint IP brand.

These four parks are located in Beijing's Chaoyang district, Tianjin's Heping and Hedong districts, and Hebei's Shijiazhuang High-tech Zone.

Specifically, local service providers are encouraged to open subsidiaries and branches within the parks. The parks will also support companies to leverage emerging information technologies, such as big data, cloud computing, and blockchain, to enhance data connectivity and upgrade and extend the industrial chain.

In addition, they will motivate companies to recruit employees across the region, and collaborate in hosting job fairs for college graduates as well as implementing pro-employment campaigns.
