A group of about 40 journalists from domestic and foreign media outlets visited innovative cultural parks renovated from an ancient courtyard and a temple in Beijing on Monday, aiming to learn about the city's efforts to promote the sound development of cultural industries.

Renovated from a courtyard, Jintai 5Lmeet now serves as a cultural industrial park that helps boost consumption, international exchange, as well as the development of the drama industry. Innovative performances were staged in the park, and two journalists interacted with performers. In addition, journalists captured images of Beijing Bell and Drum Towers from the balcony of the structure.

As a core commercial area of Beijing since its establishment in the Ming dynasty (1368–1644), Longfu Temple was refurbished into an innovative cultural block near the Forbidden City and the Wangfujing commercial center. The block not only preserves historical features but also offers an array of choices in food and beverage, as well as immersive experiences.

The tour was one of the media events organized by the media center of the third Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation and the Information Office of Beijing Municipal People's Government.
