As a comprehensive agency for international communications, CICG will continue to explore new forms of cultural interactions between China and the U.S. and foster a conducive environment for forging friendship between the two countries, Du said.

Heimowitz praised the Orchid Awards for its crucial role in strengthening people-to-people exchanges between the two countries. He expressed his eagerness to deepen cooperation with CICG in the fields of media and culture, in order to further enhance mutual understanding between the people of both countries.

The Orchid Awards, organized by CICG, are designed to recognize and honor foreign nationals who have significantly contributed to cultural exchanges and mutual learning between China and the rest of the world.
