The Beijing South Central Axis International Culture and Technology Park, which is located in the former site of the Dahongmen garment market, fully opened recently.

The park now hosts over 150 enterprises, including two nationally recognized "little giant" enterprises, a subsidiary of a publicly listed company, and 37 national high-tech enterprises. The park has begun to form clusters in the integrated circuit and metaverse sectors, with companies focused on digital characters, smart wearable devices, and metaverse foundational platforms.

To accommodate businesses of various sizes, the park offers customized office spaces ranging from individual workstations of 3 to 4 square meters to larger workspaces extending from several hundred to 1,000 square meters. Currently, the first phase of shared office space, targeted at small- and medium-sized enterprises, is fully occupied. Moreover, the second phase's main structure has been completed and is being decorated, with operations set to commence soon.

Additionally, a crucial supporting facility, an apartment complex for professionals, is undergoing renovation. Spanning 19,000 square meters, this complex will provide about 500 fully furnished, long-term rental units.
