"Recently, Shenzhen's first photovoltaic-energy storage-integrated charging station (PV-ES-I CS), an emerging electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure, has been put into operation at the Shenzhen Railway Station in Luohu district.

This marks a significant step forward in the construction of new energy electric vehicle supercharging stations in Luohu. Users can achieve a vehicle range of over 250 kilometers in just 5 minutes by scanning the QR code on the charging pile and following the instructions.

Accelerating the construction of new energy electric vehicle supercharging stations is not only a crucial step in addressing the charging anxiety of vehicle owners but also an effective measure to enhance the business environment in urban areas and increase the attractiveness of commercial districts.

Nanhu sub-district has formulated plans for the layout of new energy electric vehicle supercharging stations in the street. In addition to the completed Xinxiang Electric Port supercharging station and Tonggang Parking Lot supercharging station, there are plans to build more than 10 supercharging stations in commercial core areas such as Ruipeng Building Parking Lot, Qiaoshun Parking Lot, Guomao Building Parking Lot, China Construction Building Parking Lot, Luohu Port Traffic Building Parking Lot, and Wenjindu Bus Station Parking Lot.

By the end of 2024, it is expected that Nanhu sub-district will achieve full coverage of supercharging stations within a 500-meter radius, aiming to elevate the level of public charging services, further optimize the supporting business environment in commercial districts, and better serve local residents and consumers.

On October 7, 2023, the Shenzhen Municipal Bureau of Commerce released the "Shenzhen Commercial Network Planning (2023-2035)," proposing to build Shenzhen as an international consumption center city. Among them, Shenzhen focuses on constructing two world-class business districts, and Luohu Core Business District is one of them.
