Luohu's inaugural public-interest job fair for the Year of the Dragon commenced on Feb. 26, featuring a total of 56 booths strategically organized into functional areas. The diverse service offerings included the international talent section, entrepreneurship section, employment assistance section, policy service section, odd jobs section, and domestic service section.

From Feb. 26th to April 25th, Luohu plans to host 43 offline public-interest job fairs, aiming to provide over 10,000 employment positions to facilitate high-quality and comprehensive employment opportunities for workers.

"The atmosphere at the job fair today is vibrant. Witnessing numerous recruiting companies gives me confidence in securing employment," expressed a citizen while submitting a resume on-site.

An employer present at the event highlighted that the Luohu job fair offers both employers and job seekers a broad spectrum of choices, fostering a flexible and efficient process that encourages interaction. He expressed the hope of utilizing this opportunity to identify more suitable talents.

To broaden the scope of services, Luohu has introduced live-streaming and online job fairs. Job seekers can scan the QR code through the "Luohu Employment" official WeChat account to access live broadcasts, where they can inquire about the basic information of various companies, job requirements, and salary benefits. Additionally, job seekers can conveniently check the contact information of employers at any time through the WeChat account.

In 2023, Luohu organized 111 offline and online job fairs, establishing connections with 1,220 companies and providing 43,502 job positions.
