The 2024 Global High-Level Think Tank Forum for Science and Technology Innovation will be held in Beijing on April 28.
Held in parallel with the upcoming 2024 Zhongguancun Forum, the event will focus on future-oriented industries and the innovation ecosystem. Key topics on the agenda include developing new quality productive forces, achieving peak carbon dioxide emissions, advancements in artificial intelligence, and growth in the new energy industry.
Additionally, the forum will include a signing ceremony welcoming new members to the ZGC Global High-Level Think Tank Alliance, as well as the launch of international and regional cooperation projects.
The forum is expected to gather over 400 domestic and international experts from academic institutions, government agencies, businesses and international organizations.
The event is jointly hosted by China's Ministry of Science and Technology and the People's Government of Beijing Municipality. It is co-organized by the Beijing Academy of Science and Technology and other institutions.
