Villagers missing after flash flood in SW China

Houses were washed away and villagers went missing after a flash flood in southwest China's Sichuan Province Saturday, local authorities said.

The flash flood occurred at a section between Kangding City and Luding County of the Ya'an-Kangding expressway, leading to a tunnel bridge collapse and the falling of vehicles, according to the Ganzi Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture's publicity department.
