The 37th Hundred Flowers Award Science Fiction Forum and Chengdu Film Industry Special Promotion Conference was held in Chengdu, southwest China's Sichuan province, on August 4. Several film and television industry related projects were signed.

Chengdu High-tech Zone has signed contracts with Dayi county and Sichuan Film and Television University to jointly build the Chengdu Digital Film and Television Cultural Tourism Industry Park. Their cooperation will help attract relevant famous enterprises at home and abroad and third party organizations settle in the zone, build a digital film and television cultural and creative industry-university-research alliance, and build a number of cultural and artistic projects and events. 

Visual China was listed on the Shenzhen main board in 2014 and is a leading global digital copyright trading platform and service provider for visual content. It has invested twice in Chengdu High-tech Zone enterprise - Chengdu Guangchang Creative Technology Co., Ltd., and holds 61.6% of the shares. 

In addition, the R&D headquarters of Zhanxin Zhanli MetaWorld has also signed and landed in Chengdu High-tech Zone. As a leading 3D real-time rendering engine R&D enterprise in the industry, Beijing Zhanxin Zhanli Information Technology Co., Ltd. is a demonstration base for cultural and technological integration in Beijing. It has been named one of the top 100 digital economy enterprises. The R&D headquarters of Zhanxin Zhanli MetaWorld will establish the MetaWorld R&D platform, dedicated to breaking through key core technologies such as cloud collaborative rendering and real-time rendering.

As the main position for the development of Chengdu's science and technology industry, the cultural and cultural industries in Chengdu High-tech Zone have also shown a prosperous and upward trend in recent years. In the field of digital cultural and creative industries, Chengdu High-tech Zone has gathered more than 6,000 key enterprises in gaming and esports, film and television media, digital music and ultra-high definition video. It has also established the first national manufacturing innovation center in Sichuan province - the National Ultra High Definition Video Innovation Center. In the field of film and television media, Chengdu High-tech Zone has gathered enterprises such as Sobey, Coco Cartoon, L²STUDIO, and Mojing Tianhe.
