One logo for the Carrefour boycott campaign is circulating on the Internet.

The organizers brought a 20-meter banner that read: "Support the Olympics; no independence for Tibet; boycott French goods; boycott Carrefour". The event lasted from 10 AM to 2 PM with police maintaining order along the avenue; The British people should not be deprived of the right to know the real China merely because of an information gap, Fu Ying, Chinese ambassador to Britain, said on Tuesday; Police were just doing their job of upholding the peace in Lhasa, Jim Kreston, a 60-year-old American who witnessed the violence in Tibet, told the Xinhua News Agency on Tuesday; Two riotous monks who participated in the Gansu Province violence on March 18 have surrendered to authorities, police sources said on Thursday.(China.org.cn)
