Ke Huixin (2nd R), a member of the 11th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) and professor of the Communication University of China, visits the Culture and Arts Museum of Migrant Labors in Picun Village in the northeastern suburbs of Beijing on March 2, 2011. The museum was initiated by the Migrant Workers Home in May 2008. Picun Village is home to around 10,000 migrant workers.
