4 arrested in pirated disc seizure in HK

Hong Kong Customs officers arrested four people Tuesday and seized 200,000 pirated optical discs worth 5 million HK dollars (642,178 US dollars) in a raid on a local building.

Three women and a man aged 24 to 43 were being questioned, said a statement from the Hong Kong Customs.

The discs mainly involved Japanese and Korean television series and were intended for sale at local retail outlets, according to the statement.
