Nervous taxi driver recruits police for escort
Adjust font size:

A taxi driver in Zunyi, Guizhou Province, had a police car trail him last Tuesday night after he suspected two passengers were robbers, Guizhou Metropolis Daily reported.

Surnamed Chen, the taxi driver picked up the pair at Zunyi Railway Station before they told him to drive to a remote place.

The two men started quarreling with him when he said he couldn't take them there, so Chen drove to a police station and asked for help.

Police told him they were just normal passengers who really lived in the remote place.

But Chen still felt worried and had police follow him the rest of the way.
