Traffic accident kills 3, injures 3 in NW China

A minibus hit six people after being involved in a collision with a truck, leaving three dead and three injured on Friday in northwest China's Shaanxi Province, police said.

The minibus ran off the highway and crashed into the six passers-by at 10:05 a.m. in Xianyang City, police said.

One person died at the scene and two died in a local hospital after failing to response to medical treatment, according to police.

The cause o the accident is being investigated.
