Typhoon Hagupit lands in S. China

Frontier defense soldiers help fishermen reinforce boats in precaution against Hagupit, the 14th typhoon to affect China this year, in Zhangzhou City, southeast China's Fujian Province, Sept. 23, 2008. Local meteorological station issued a yellow signal for typhoon early Tuesday, warning the central and southern coastal area of Fujian against the outer rim of Hagupit.
